Test a connection
Open the practice workspace, connect with Alex, switch to Alex to accept, and try two-way messaging.
Test the business flow
The practice provider starts with a pending profile. Switch to the practice owner to approve it, then return to your practice member to reserve and simulate payment for a session. Employer packages and invitations can be tested in the same separate space.
Join an employer pilot
Paste the invitation code in the Employer workspace and explicitly confirm that your display name and seat membership will be shared with that organization. The private site’s access policy also needs to permit your account.
Trouble signing in or checking out
Use the workspace’s retry control after a transient error. Checkout shows its current connection state. Live payments and provider transfers require merchant setup; the practice flow is available without a payment connection.
